Welcome to Akuner Cleaning Sydney. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before booking any services.
By booking our cleaning services, you enter into a service agreement with Akuner Cleaning Sydney. We provide professional cleaning services across the Sydney metropolitan area, including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and end of lease cleaning.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our service areas or capabilities.
Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to confirmation from Akuner Cleaning Sydney. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your booking request.
Clients must provide accurate information regarding the property size, type of cleaning required, and any specific requirements at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply if the actual scope of work differs significantly from the information provided.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, though we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. For recurring services, we may offer payment plans upon request.
Late payment fees of 10% may be applied to overdue invoices. Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may be referred to a debt collection agency.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made after 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.
In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find an alternative time that suits your schedule.
No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full service fee.
Clients must ensure that our cleaning team has safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring cleaning at the scheduled appointment time. This includes providing keys, access codes, or being present to grant entry.
If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot gain access to the property, a call-out fee may be charged. We will attempt to contact you using the contact details provided.
Clients are responsible for securing any pets during the cleaning service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel that our staff's safety is at risk.
Clients should remove or secure any fragile, valuable, or personal items before the cleaning service. While we take every care, Akuner Cleaning Sydney is not responsible for damage to items that have not been properly secured.
Please inform us of any delicate surfaces, materials, or items that require special attention or should be avoided during cleaning.
For regular cleaning services, we ask that you maintain a reasonable level of tidiness between appointments. Excessive clutter or neglect may result in additional charges or extended service time.
Akuner Cleaning Sydney is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. Our team members are trained professionals who will treat your property with respect and care.
We carry public liability insurance and all staff are covered by workers' compensation insurance. We use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment that are safe for most surfaces and environments.
If you have specific product preferences or allergies, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will arrange to return and re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not apply to areas that were not included in the original scope of work or issues arising from client-provided products or equipment.
Akuner Cleaning Sydney carries comprehensive public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage to your property caused by our negligence, we will work with you and our insurance provider to resolve the matter fairly.
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims reported after this period may not be honored.
We are not liable for damage to items that were already broken, damaged, or in a deteriorated condition prior to our service, nor for damage resulting from pre-existing faults or wear and tear.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
Our team members are required to maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of your property and personal information they may encounter during service provision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akuner Cleaning Sydney's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of income, profits, or business opportunities.
Akuner Cleaning Sydney reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
